Welcome!

For more than three decades, R. Marc Andrews, PhD, LCSW, DCSW has worked with adults,
couples, and individuals navigating the kind of change that doesn’t fit neatly into a
diagnostic category — anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship strain, and the deeper work
of figuring out who you are and what your life is for.

This practice is depth-oriented and integrative, drawing on Jungian psychology, Internal
Family Systems, the Gottman Method, Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and
Commitment Therapy, and body-based approaches including Holotropic Breathwork. The
through-line across all of it is a non-pathologizing stance: your experience — including
identity, relationship structure, and sexuality outside conventional frameworks — is treated
as material to be understood, not a problem to be corrected.
